Delegation Request Form

Members of the public are invited to attend Kawartha Conservation Board meetings to make a delegation before the Board.

Delegation Requests must be made fourteen (14) business days prior to the next scheduled meeting.

Delegations are limited to one (1) speaker. Only the person identified on this form will speak.

Delegations may speak for a maximum of 10 minutes.

The Kawartha Conservation Board of Directors meets monthly throughout the year. Please review our meeting schedule to see our upcoming Board Meeting dates.

Additional material may be circulated/presented by staff at the time of delegation. Scheduling will be at the discretion of the CAO and will be confirmed with the speaker. 

All meetings are open to the public except where permitted to be closed to the public as outlined in the Board of Directors Administrative By-Law. Agendas and minutes for all meetings will be posted publicly on Kawartha Conservation's website.
