Request a facility rental

Thank you for considering a Kawartha Conservation facility for your next event, birthday party or family function. Please complete the following form to submit a requrest for a facility rental. 

Third party businesses and vendors

Please be advised that you must identify if you intend to have any third party businesses at your event. Events utilizing third party vendors are considered special events. If you select "Yes" to the following question you will be taken to the Special Events section of this form when you continue.

Third party vendors could include catering, bouncy castles, port-a-toilet rentals, tent rentals, etc. All third party vendors must be identified to Kawartha Conservation. 

Security Deposit 

All facility bookings with Kawartha Conservation require a $200.00 refundable security deposit. This deposit ensures the site's proper upkeep during and after the booking. The full deposit is refundable if the site is left in good condition. However, the deposit will be forfeited if the site requires additional cleanup due to neglect, misuse or damage. Post-booking inspections will be conducted by our staff, and users will be promptly notified of the deposit status. Refunds will be processed by Kawartha Conservation within 5 business days following the booking. These terms are binding upon completing the facility request form, and users agree to adhere to these conditions.

Pursuant to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the personal information contained on this form is collected under the authority of the Conservation Authorities Act R.S.O 1990, c. 27 s.  21. (1). This information will be used for the purpose of responding to your request.
